Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be applied to your return to cover the cost of processing items back into inventory. This fee is 20% of the product’s cost for commercial deliveries and 30% for residential deliveries.

Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
Most regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exceptions include consumable items, customizable products, and certain Special Order or Drop Ship Products, which may not be returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned products are received and inspected, except for payments made by wire, check, ACH, or through leasing agreements. In these cases, a store credit will be provided. A store credit may also be issued if we cannot refund the original payment method (e.g., if the credit or debit card is closed). Store credit terms and restrictions apply. Shipping charges from the original purchase will not be refunded, and a restocking fee of 20% (for commercial deliveries) or 30% (for residential deliveries) will be deducted from the refund. For Special Order or Drop Ship Products, return requests must be handled by our Customer Solutions Specialists. Instructions on how to initiate a return are available.

Returns for Consumable Products
We cannot accept returns of consumable products to ensure they remain safe and untampered with.
